The Director of Business Development and Physician Recruiting is responsible for the growth of Gadsden Regional Medical Center's business by means of developing and cultivating relationships with physicians; recruiting new primary care and specialty physicians to the medical staff; assisting senior management in reviewing business opportunities within the market; and establishing and expanding the physician referral network in assigned market area/product line. REQUIRED: BS/BA degree. Previous healthcare recruiting experience. Previous experience working directly with Physicians. PREFERRED: BS in Healthcare. Previous Physician recruiting experience.
