Duties include all phases of business development in accordance with the higher organization\'s business development, capture management, and proposal management processes, including marketing potential customers, identifying and qualifying opportunities, and executing the capture process through submittal of a bid. Individual may lead capture planning and execution for major opportunities valued at $10 million or more in accordance with business growth initiatives and objectives. The business development manager will support organic growth strategies in core and evolving capabilities for pursuits typically within the immediate to 1-2 year procurement window.
