Focusing on new products that fit company capabilities and capacity. Job Qualifications 4 year degree in marketing, sales management, or engineering. 1-5 years experience in a technical sales related capacity Experience and / or training in the Eaton Value Marketing Cycle Understanding of the manufacturing process, and quality criteria designed to meet customer expectations.
