Product Development includes the management of research, analysis, design, development, and operational feasibility, of new and existing products. Responsible for the Health Plan product development objectives set forth in the Corporate Strategic Plan and the Marketing Division plan. Provides significant input into the corporation's strategic direction in conjunction with the Health Plan Senior Management TeamResponsibilities cover all markets and products, both within the licensed Health Plan areas and outside of the licensed Health Plan areas. Requirements:BA Business Management or equivalent required, MBA Preferred Ability to effectively communicate both oral and written; Strong computer and phone skills: word, excel, access. Strong knowledge of reimbursement methodologies (and medical terminology) and provider contracting and configuration processes. Strong understanding of managed care principles.
