As an SEC Audit Director you will be: Leading and planning audit engagements Providing timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations Ability to work within budgetary and time constraints while providing a high-level of client satisfaction Providing appropriate and timely performance feedback to those supervised Attracting, developing, and retaining top talent Ensuring that all necessary financial statement and related disclosures and reportable conditions letters are prepared with an eye on quality, thoroughness and accuracy. Developing an understanding of client's business Keeping lines of communication open with staff and clients Keeping abreast of latest developments as they affect GAAP and the Firm's standards and policies Ensuring professional development through ongoing education and obtaining additional certifications as appropriate Anticipating and addressing client concerns and escalating problems as they arise Increasing level and types of services to clients.
