POSITION SUMMARY: Takes the lead in the preparation of both internal and external reporting of Company financial activity. Prepares consolidated financial statements for external/ SEC reporting and internal reporting to Senior Management and the Board of Directors in compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), SEC regulations, and all other legal, regulatory, and Company policies and procedures. Prepares the consolidated cash flow position. Collaborates in the development of required reports. Conducts special projects as assigned. Requirements Qualified candidates will possess: BS in Accounting Professional certification as Certified Public Accountant (CP A ) Minimum 6 years experience in SEC/External Reporting in Big 4 Accounting Firm Demonstrated knowledge of financial and accounting practices and procedures Highly detail oriented with proven ability in complex financial analysis Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of applicable governmental regulations and reporting requirements.
