Experience: Duties include Accounting for the entities of the family, which come in the form of investment vehicles, trusts and private foundations. The Assistant Controller will be responsible for capital calls, distributions, cash disbursements, projections, budgets, investment analysis, tax compliance and tax planning. The ideal Assistant Controller for this role will thrive in a stimulating environment within a growing office. They want someone who thinks outside the box, someone who will bring creativity into the daily tasks and take the opportunity to implement new Accounting policies and procedures. To qualify for this role you should have at least 5 years Accounting experience. Public is preferred and a CPA would ideal. The Assistant Controller must possess the willingness to learn new and different subjects in order to independently initiate, research, and analyze financial information.
