Job Description:
Ability to adapt to highly variable and non-recurring situations requiring immediate attention. Experience in installation of integrated and international accounting software. Experience with large, publicly held corporations - multiple locations, entities and currencies a plus. Publicly held company reporting and auditing exposure a plus Must be proficient in common financial spreadsheet programs as well as integrated and international financial software package (PeopleSoft preferred). System security and administration experience as applicable to specific responsibility. Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Must sign all required co-worker agreements. General Duties and Responsibilities: (This is a representative list of the general duties the position may be asked to perform and is not intended to be all-inclusive.) Project management - schedule, track, follow-up, task and resource management. Managing all aspects of projects for assigned businesses including working to define business requirements, providing timetables and cost estimates, and generally, through the deployment of IT methodologies and processes, managing all aspects of technology product changes and advancements for assigned businesses to insure quality products are delivered on time and within budget Managing both IT & business project team members, along with third-party vendors, in the timely completion of project tasks and in the effective management of the project budget Conducting product review and evaluating current and future technology needs and requirements as well as facilitating process and overall project management improvements through effective use of post-mortem project reviews.
