Job Description:- Manage the quarterly foreign income tax provision process for Europe and Emerging Markets. - Review quarterly calculation of foreign current tax provision and deferred taxes prepared by local controller and/or outside service provider. - Assist in the preparation of international portions of the US federal income tax returns sclosure statements, etc.) Maintain cumulative E&P schedule and foreign tax pool. Requirements:- BA/BS degree in Accounting required. - CPA/Masters in Tax preferred.- Preferably 6+ years of tax experience in public accounting and/or corporate tax department with at least 2 years of tax experience in international tax.
