Responsibilities include: Developing and leading the Commercial OEM pricing team. Driving functional transformation initiatives and excellence in core pricing activities. Overseeing financial analyses, business case development and pricing recommendations for commercial proposals. Partnering with senior leadership to ensure business targets are achieved. Streamlining processes and ensuring consistency throughout the Pricing organization. Ensuring compliance with all Honeywell, Government and SOX standards. Key Success Factors: Strong team building, leadership, communication and change management skills. Sound business acumen demonstrated through pricing recommendations that are properly balanced between the optimization of Honeywell profitability and the creation of customer value. Ability to drive change quickly and achieve continuous improvements utilizing six sigma techniques. Ability to balance business demands during pricing functional transformation. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. 8+ years of directly related experience. Additional Qualifications: MBA preferred.
