Job Description:

Planning, directing and coordinating research of technical accounting issues related to the Company, and discussions with its outside auditors regarding the companys evaluation of technically complex transactions; - Providing technical accounting support to our business units in their assessment of accounting issues; - Monitoring and updating corporate accounting policies; - Participating in external reporting and ensuring public disclosure is complete and accurate; - Consulting with independent auditors on accounting matters and disclosure requirements as required; - Creating and presenting different training and GAAP update courses to accounting staff and upper management - Support and assist the preparation of SEC filings, 10Q's and 10K's - Assisting with various special projects and supporting other Finance functions as necessary. Minimum Requirements - A bachelors degree from an accredited university with a major in accounting or finance. - Five + years of demonstrated financial reporting, accounting and accounting research experience. - Thorough working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC and other accounting and reporting standards.
