WE LOOK FOR ENTHUSIASM. Program Managers are responsible for: building relationships with parents, teachers, students, and school administration.
WE LOOK FOR RELEVANT EXPERIENCE. Program Managers manage the day-to-day operations of our program at various public schools. They will oversee a staff of ~15 to 30 individuals including instructors and program assistants.
WE REWARD RESULTS. Ask us about the hybrid compensation plan. Each Program Managers receives a base pay plus a variable pay driven by your results.
WE OFFER FLEXIBILITY. Program Managers primarily work at their assigned sites and at home. This position is a part-time, seasonal position, averaging 24-30 hours per week. Program Managers are not eligible for benefits.

The Program Manager requirements:
o Excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong leadership ability
o Proven track-record of successful program and employee management
o Demonstrated consistent logic, rationality and objectivity in decision making
o Plans, organizes and schedules in an efficient and productive manner
o Maintains stable performance and poise in high-pressure situations
o Ability to generate new innovative approaches to problems or creative modifications to established approaches; adjusts quickly to changing priorities
o Team-player – cooperates with supervisors and establishes collaborative relationships with colleagues
o Demonstrates integrity; actions-oriented, able to produce results despite lack of resources; able to build and maintain trusting relationships
o Exhibits energy, strong desire to achieve; exhibits high sense of responsibility and sets high standards of performance for self and all coworkers
o Personal computer with high speed internet connection
o Valid driver’s license and reliable car with willingness for up to 70% local travel
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
o Minimum of Bachelors Degree or relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Knowledge:
o Fluency in Spanish
o At least 3 years program management experience
o Experience with Classroom/Behavior management
o Knowledge of SES and/or familiarity of school organization structures
