Experience preparing reports in compliance with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission chart of accounts · Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or similar discipline, or equivalent experience · project management professional certification from Project Management Institute · A minimum of five (5) years of broad-ranging, hands-on experience in project management · Demonstrated expertise in project management methods, including those published by the Project Management Institute · A minimum of five (5) years experience in team facilitation, including team leadership, team chartering, and group problem solving · Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies · Demonstrated ability to build strong, lasting relationships with employees across various disciplines, including ability to manage responsibility without formal authority.
