Job Description:

Daily operations and weekly management reports will be first priority; monthly close procedures and internal financial reports will be expected. Duties of this position include all aspects of accounting and office management: Daily reconciliation of point of sale system Daily reconsilitation of operating cash on hand Daily credit card processing and reconciliation Accounts payable processing and maintenance of vendor accounts Bi-weekly payroll processing to our outsourced provider Monthly inventory management; communication with department heads Accounts receivable processing and related collection efforts Bank reconciliations Sales tax reporting General ledger reconciliations and related journal entries Requirements: 3+ years accounting experience 2+ years experience in a service industry 2+ years of college-level course work in accounting and business management 3+ years experience with Excel and Word in a working environment, or equivalent combination of work experience and course work.
