Minimum years of public accounting experience in the or the larger second tier firms with exposure to manufacturing clients preferred, including years supervisory or project management experience Computer proficiency Excellent communication/interpersonal skills Ability to travel (domestic and international) Duties: Perform a broad spectrum of financial and operational audits Supervise the performance of audit procedures, including leading the opening and closing audit meetings with management, reviewing and analyzing evidence, identifying and defining issues, and documenting company processes and procedures Ensure staff is conducting interviews, reviewing documents, developing and administering surveys, composing summary memos, and preparing working papers Review or compile audit reports and prepare evaluations of staff Maintain mentoring relationship with assigned staff Provide on-the-job training to staff and senior auditors Communicate major audit issues to audit management and company management.
