The candidate will help companies understand national, state and local and international tax structures and align the tax function with business objectives. global effective tax rate reduction and efficient global cash utilization with overall business strategy. Help multinational clients integrate tax planning into overall business strategy and comply with both and international regulatory requirements. Advise and foreign multinational companies on the tax implications of the international operations as well as coordinating tax laws with foreign tax laws to develop an optimal worldwide tax strategy. Draft and assist in the delivery of proposals for engagements and are knowledgeable about the range of services offered by the organization. Will have responsibility for engagement budgeting, billing, management and scheduling.
