Job Description:
Positive Changes Hypnosis Centers are the nation’s largest network of behavior modification centers using personal coaching backed by hypnosis to help you lose weight, quit smoking, manage pain, reduce stress, accelerate learning and improve sports performance.
We are seeking a Director of Process Improvement to oversee the development and execution of the company’s primary growth strategies.
The Director of Process Improvement will be responsible for the coordination, development and execution of the following:
• The physical opening of new Positive Changes Hypnosis Centers throughout the Western U.S.
• The development of simplified, standardized procedures for the opening of new centers
• The coordination of all internal and external resources involved in the opening of a new center
• Maintaining critical relationships with vendors, contractors, landlords, etc. during the opening of new centers
• The development and execution of strategic initiatives pertaining to our product and operations
The qualified candidate will possess:
• BA preferred or equivalent
• 3-5 years similar experience
• A proven track record in leadership (multi-unit management a plus)
• Critical/analytical thinking
• Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Experience in financial management/budgeting
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Computer knowledge (experience in Microsoft Project a plus)
• Ability to travel – Centers currently located in Spokane, WA – Bellevue, WA – Beaverton, OR and Boise, ID – New centers opening soon in the Western US.
