Director Financial Reporting to 140k plus bonusAmazing opportunity to get your foot in the door at this well established Fortune company located in the northern part of NJ. Company is looking for a Director of SEC Reporting who will takes the lead in the preparation of both internal and external reporting of the Company financial activity. Will prepare consolidated financial statements for external/ SEC reporting and internal reporting to Senior Management and the Board of Directors in compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations. Will also prepare the consolidated cash flow position and collaborates in the development of required reports. Requirements for this role are: BS in Accounting and a CPA and a minimum of 6 years experience in SEC/External Reporting. Must have a demonstrated knowledge of financial and accounting practices and procedures and be highly detail oriented with proven ability in complex financial analysis. Prior Big 4 accounting experience is a major plus. The hours in this role will not be excessive. It is a replacement role for a candidate that has been promoted within the organization.
