Initially you will find yourself working in familiar territory. Being responsible for the detail review of partnerships Limited Liability and individual income tax returns for and individuals engaged in the real estate development industry. This position also affords you the opportunity to conduct tax research on current real estate tax topics. In addition, you will be involved in special projects analyzing real estate transactions including: like-kind exchanges, disguised sales; partnership termination debt financing arrangements; and acquisition due diligence.
