Job Description:
The Loss Prevention Supervisor is responsible for preventing internal and external shrink by monitoring
and maintaining all policy and procedures while enhancing guest relations and services.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
•Assists management in the supervision of employee activities and compliance to company policy and procedures
•Observes guests throughout the store as it relates to guest service and loss prevention as well as apprehending shoplifters and performing loss prevention activities as they relate to state law and company policy and procedures concerning retail theft
•Assists management in the performance of loss prevention related inspections

Job Requirements:
•Flexibility regarding work hours and weekend
•Previous Retail Experience a plus!
•Ability to handle confrontational situations and respond quickly to incidents as they occur
•Skill in operating general store and loss prevention equipment
