Job Description:
Business Resource Solutions, LLC is a shared services organization representing Glacier Technologies, LLC for all Human Resource and recruiting activities. Glacier Technologies, LLC is currently seeking candidates for the following opening: Program Manager.
The Program Manager will be familiar with Navy Air Systems Logistics Product Data Lifecycle Management, Aviation Readiness and Resource Analysis procedures and procurement regulations, Configuration Management and the Navy Air System Command climate. The PM will be responsible for the overall, day-to-day management of the contract and interface with the Navy Customer at multiple locations on both the East and West Coasts. A plus will be a strong background in understanding FAM compliant DON XML, CG4M, SVG and similar standards based technical data products. A strong Navy Logistics IT background and background in library operations and training are a strong plus.
The Program Manager will provide business, technical and personnel management to subordinate groups of technical and administrative personnel across multiple disciplines such as technical areas associated with contract, Human Resources, Contracting, and Financial. The Program Manager will schedule and assign work to subordinates and subcontractors and monitor progress and resolve discrepancies to ensure compliance with work/quality standards and contract requirements.
The Program Manager will also serve as the Contractor’s authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer, The Contracting Officer’s Representative/Technical Representative (COR/COTR), government management personnel and agency representatives with authorization to negotiate and make decisions binding on the Contractor.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related scientific or technical discipline.
Minimum of ten years experience managing system design, development testing, implementation, integration, or operations and maintenance efforts. Must be able to effectively employ contemporary project management tools.
Security Clearance Requirements: Active DOD Secret or ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
