Receptionist
Providing traditional receptionist services for Amata and our clients, you will convey a smile in person or over the phone in every customer contact in keeping with a "Disney" level customer service philosophy. You will also work with the Amata state-of-the-art phone system to service up to 90 of our on-site clients.
Job Summary: • Provide switchboard coverage with a "Disney" level of professional phone greetings, transferring, message taking and courtesy at all times, in a manner that allows callers to hear a smile over the phone; use the customized scripts defined for each client to answer and forward calls. • Take client's requests for conference rooms along with all requirements. • Warmly welcome visitors with a smile and a "Disney" level of professionalism and courtesy at all times, including communication with the Amata client to announce the visitor and offering visitors refreshments. • Observe when conference room users have finished coordinating with Facility Manager to ensure the room is cleaned immediately. • Sort incoming mail or other projects for clients.

Job Requirements: Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of directly related customer service experience with some switchboard experience. An Associate’s degree preferred. To perform this job the individual must have knowledge with the Windows XP or Windows 2004 operating system, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with Goldmine or another contact management system a plus. To perform this job the individual must be experienced with the use of a computer, basic mail room equipment and have the ability to readily learn to use a switchboard system. The employee must frequently lift up to 10 ponds and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
