We are seeking intelligent, ambitious, and driven sales people, to improve our client's business performance through expanding the services provided to them. A successful Business Development Manager will: Generate new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients. Use our plentiful book of current clients and referral sources to produce business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, support, product management and account management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns and offerings. Transform our business development approach; incorporating speed, personal integrity, service and commitment to the customer. Accurately assess prospective clients' needs, working with marketing and our support team, to develop and submit Requests for Proposal (RFP). Maintain information in the firm's customer relationship management database for future follow up. Continue to maintain and develop knowledge of GHP Horwath's services and support efforts to increase business. Meet weekly and monthly new business development and account management goals. If this position is attractive to you, the following experience, skills, and abilities, are your first steps towards success at GHP Horwath, P.C.: Proven 5-7 years of success in selling professional services. Willingness and ability to travel within the local market. High level of comfort and success with cold calling and prospecting into large accounts. Ability to persuasively present value propositions and business solutions to prospective clients. Outstanding sales and relationship skills. Demonstrated solid listening, oral and written communication skills. Significant PC skills; experience with Windows-based computer applications a plus.
