There is a position open in Performance Improvement for a Director of Product Development (Grade 10).

LIMRA PAY RANGE: Min $79,450 - Mid $87,360 - Max $104,830

This position is responsible for the design, development, and marketing of educational and training products through LIMRA’s Centre for Professional Development.

The qualifications for this position include:

-Extensive experience in product design, production and implementation
-Experience in training principles and design
-Experience in development of technology-based training products
-Ability to develop and manage strategic and tactical plans
-Experience working across company departments, and with a variety of external vendors in development of products
-Thorough understanding of marketing and promotion activities
-Knowledge of insurance and the broader financial services industry
-Well-developed platform and communication skills
