Job Description:
The Operations Assistant is a generalist position responsible for supporting and executing a wide range of duties that are required to operate a 30-40 person office. Foremost among these responsibilities is administrative support to program staff and front desk/receptionist duty. Other key duties include assistance with Office Management, human resource administration, meetings and travel planning, interaction with building management and resources, tracking of various inventories (including equipment and supplies), placing supply orders, computer support, and general office support. Operations Assistant must adhere to the highest levels of customer service and support. The work of Operations Assistants is coordinated by the Manager, Operations.
