Job Description:
The Cluster Technician is a skilled technician primarily responsible for the preventive maintenance and service repair of the major mechanical and life safety equipment at multiple properties within a geographic area or cluster. Experience with commercial kitchen and laundry equipment and other MEP skills highly desirable.
We have three immediate openings in the Gaithersburg/Baltimore area. Company vehicle supplied. Pay Rate: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour.
