Develop and coordinate e-forums Serve as the main point of contact for numerous local societies Publicize the achievements of the completed projects Develop and improve upon relationships with key industry groups, businesses, and government Promote the profession to the public and potential students entering the field Develop new ideas for projects and other business opportunities for the association Implement plans to generate revenue from above-mentioned projects Assist other staff in growing the membership and improving the membership retention. NOTES: Local Residents Preferred (No Relo) Requirements The candidate must have strong project management experience, possess excellent communications skills, and have the ability to motivate and work effectively and efficiently with a diverse membership. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and marketing skills, have experience in creating and maintaining member benefits, and be a creative thinker who can act independently to complete projects. A minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, association benefit management, or membership development for non-profit organizations is preferred.
