Specifically, this individual will lead a team of media professionals in the conception and delivery of innovative, well-targeted, business-building marketing solutions across a variety of media to secure new accounts. This involves the creation and development of new business pitches, completion of RFP/RFIs, development of agency compensation proposals / client pro forma P&L\'s. Individual in addition to the new business role may have client media director responsibilities.Specific Responsibilities- Development and organization of new business pitch presentations, RFPs / RFIs, compensation proposals.- Capable of building strong relationships with research, digital, buying and finance teams to leverage their input as of the presentation development.- Team leader and coach capable of handling multiple, time sensitive projects.- Able to juggle multiple priorities / new business projects in various stages of development.- Capable of building good relationships with pitch and compensation consultants.- Calm under fire - brings judgement and perspective to new business opportunities.- Ensures that client relationships continue to be strengthened by quality of deliverables and client satisfaction with the work. - Maintains an in-depth knowledge of client business, from current and historical perspectives,
