The incumbent will manage the sales cycle, including the leads-to-sales process. As the Business Development Manager, you will work proactively to generate leads, identify organizations’ needs and match them with the appropriate solutions, interfaces with clients and staff to develop ongoing business relationships, and sells value-added solutions to current and prospective clients. This individual has significant revenue-generation responsibilities. He or she will meet minimum sales goals quarterly and annually, as well as minimum business prospecting goals. Using a consultative solution-sales approach, the Business Development Manager will sell suite of solutions, products, and services.
