Job Description: Responsibilities Role Summary Originates and closes financial transactions with new, existing and former customers within an assigned target market to develop new business, and retain and penetrate existing business. Essential Responsibilities Develops and executes strategies to drive growth, retention and profitability of assigned accounts and optimize market penetration. Drives wing-to-wing sales process including customer prospecting, lead generation, making sales calls, analyzing data, preparing proposals and credit packages, negotiating price or other terms, and coordinating onboarding and ongoing relationships with customers. Originate new lease and services business from potential customers in assigned target market by prospecting, making sales calls and presenting features, advantages and benefits of Fleet products in order to close new customer deals Develop and manage strategic account plans that drive retention, penetration, profitability and growth of existing accounts in assigned portfolio. Manage customer satisfaction through proactive customer service. Accurately forecast lease and service opportunities that drive growth strategy. Renegotiate pricing with current customers and ensure optimal pricing with new customers. Participate in and take leadership responsibility for Cross-Sell initiatives. Collaborate with other functions to on-board new customers. Execute sales strategy to ensure that volume and profitability goals are achieved/exceeded. Conduct annual account reviews on top 20% of ordering customers Perform administrative duties timely and accurately including recording activities and prospects in Siebel Signature: HJCBNW Qualifications Basic Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required (or high school diploma/GED and a minimum of 3 years of sales experience) Minimum of 2 years of sales or other transactional experience in financial services. Knowledge of credit/financial principles and analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Eligibility Requirements: Willing to travel extensively
