Overall duties include the analysis, recommendation, planning, and implementation of strategies and projects necessary to advance the company's mission and objectives and to meet or exceed targeted revenue, profitability, and growth objectiveKey Accountabilities: 1. Strategy & Planning: Support the creation of, and help to drive a rigorous and comprehensive global strategy development and planning process that drives long-term growth. Play a key role in the development, monitoring, and regular review of business objectives, strategies, and action plans to achieve business goals within defined area of responsibility. 2. Business Analysis: At the direction of Head of Business Development or CEO, perform detailed evaluations of various aspects of Rockport\'s internal and external business environment including trends, needs, capabilities, assets, and competitive realities to identify unique market opportunities and threats, and to incorporate these into relevant and compelling actionable business cases.3. Project Leadership: Lead the design of insight driven strategies and projects. Detail the opportunity, define the project approach and scope, lead the project, and ensure successful implementation and project handoff. Partner with internal colleagues to ensure work is appropriately positioned for long-term success. 4. Operational Process Excellence: Collaborate with the management team to assess and continuously improve the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the sustainable growth objectives of our organization. Ensure that the measurement and effectiveness of all relevant internal and external processes is designed into the processes.
