ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Identify, develop revenue opportunities and maintain relationships with assigned strategic accounts. 2. Demonstrate product knowledge through client sales presentations. 3. Complete and submit projections, objectives/goals and sales reports by assigned deadlines. 4. Respond to customer\'s requests/needs. 5. Research geographic territory to identify prospective new customers through the Internet and cold calling resulting in and prospect list. 6. Determine client needs through consultative approach and accurately recommend and quote the most appropriate competency assessment solution. 7. Maintain accurate client records in client database system through completing daily activities, creating and maintaining sales opportunities and providing detailed notes. 8. Plan and execute territory presentations and client visits as needed. 9. Demonstrate knowledge of and utilize approved Buy-Learn sales process.
