Global Business and Commercial Development, you will be responsible for identifying novel technologies that can be leveraged to drive the continued growth of our core global brands as well as both Rx and OTC products that can provide access to new therapeutic categories. In this role, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the licensing process from initial company contact, to facilitating the commercial and technical evaluation process including coordinating due diligence, preparing and presenting proposed deal terms to Senior WCH Management and leading all contract negotiations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in:Delivering measurable results by successfully concluding high value license, development, supply, co-promote and/or asset purchase transactions with third parties.Proactively identifying new business and collaboration opportunities. Leading and managing the due diligence process.Providing financial and commercial viability analysis and contract development. Job Responsibilities Technical/Professional Knowledge and Skills: Understands technical terminology and development.
