Throughout its diversified customer portfolio, the company provides guidance that can both help lower costs and lead to a better health plan experience.Role: Actuarial Director Assignment: Senior Products ActuarialLocation: Louisville, Capsule As an Actuarial Director in Senior Products Actuarial, you will lead a team of actuarial associates responsible for providing direct regulatory and financial analysis support to Humana's Government Relations Department in support of Humana's positions on Medicare with Congress and the development of new products to meet the needs of the pre-Medicare retiree or active population, which integrate with our Medicare products to create a seamless transitional experience for the member; support the Senior Actuarial Director in the coordination of financial and actuarial audits by and support other activities in the assessment of risk, opportunities, and mitigating strategies that could positively impact the financial performance of Humana's Medicare line of business. You will also provide technical and staff leadership and expertise to Humana's Medicare pricing teams, Medicare modeling and experience analysis team, along with the Product Development Department.
