Job Requirements: Administrative Assistant
Who We Are Looking For: Our ideal candidate will enjoy wearing many hats and have an upbeat, outgoing personality. The opportunity to work autonomously is key! Additionally, candidates must possess a desire to 'dig in' and be involved in a small company where there is opportunity for growth and promotion.
As the Administrative Assistant, you will have the opportunity to: • Provide administrative support to our East Coast office to ensure organization effectiveness and efficiency (approximately 4 staff members) • Monitor, inventory and maintain office supplies, goods, materials and equipment • Maintain office systems and databases including administrative files, mailing list and shared files • File, copy, distribute and otherwise process various documents • Organize and maintain staff and organizational meetings and calendars
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess previous administrative experience (3-6 years) with document control, information compilation and general clerical abilities, as well as demonstrated attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records. Strong communication and computer skills especially in database management, internet use and research required. Advanced organizational, analytical, communication and coordination abilities essential.
Preferred Skills/Experience: • Experience managing a small office • Knowledge of Administaff Services desirable • Previous experience in the software industry preferred
