This Company has been in business over 50 years. They are fast growth , exceeding the growth rate of the competition. This Regional Manager will be responsible for: Implementing best operational practices at multiple branch locations. Prospecting and Sales. Participating in developing and implementing growth strategies, particularly with regard to equipment sales. The right candidate will either come on board immediately in a Regional General Manager (GM) role or initially in a Regional Operations Manager role to be quickly groomed to the GM position. This day one role would depend on candidate's experience level. The position reports to the current GM, who's position will be elevated. The current GM has a long and highly successful track record with the Company. This is a company with a decentralized decision making approach. Therefore, the right candidate is one who is entrepreneurial and can make decisions to take advantage of conditions and opportunities in the local market. To be considered you must have a sales and operations management background involving HVAC equipment wholesale distribution.
