Project Manager - HVAC & Temp. Controls Job Location: Reno, NV Job Type: Permanent Salary: 70000 to 90000 Term: Yearly Currency: US Dollar Minimum Education University - Bachelor Degree Description Major player in the commercial OEM HVAC controls, mechanical contracting, service, equipment, and parts sales and distribution arena. Company is growing aggressively to handle the increased market demand for new construction and aftermarket HVAC equipment sales, temperature controls sales, energy saving enhancements, service repairs, and facility renovations. Compensation program is a base salary plus incentives, and overtime if desired and earned. People in this position earn between 65K and 85K+ per year. 401(k), competitive medical & dental benefits, retirement plan; fun place to work! Our client (the employer) is a large HVAC full service controls contractor, growing faster than 15% per year. The market for this company is any company involved in installation, service, repair, and maintenance of commercial and industrial OEM HVAC systems and temperature control systems and/or components. Customers can include contractors, building owners, property managers, and facilities management decision makers. Position requires experience in HVAC equipment controls installation and/or repair; but any additional experience such as mechanical contracting experience will be a major plus. People who have been successful in this position have had work experience with companies such as Johnson Controls, Landis div. Siemens, Honeywell, Invensys/SIEBE, Automated Logic, Alerton, CSI, etc. 3+ years of experience in temperature controls systems installations, including points lists, sequence of operations, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting, including any experience in controls systems design, field component installation, and/or direct digital control (DDC) system programming. Experience in managing subcontractors is a plus. Knowledge of AutoCad and/or programming languages C C++ are a plus
