Description Neutrogena Corporation develops, manufactures, and markets premium skin and hair care products sold worldwide and recommended by medical professionals. The product line includes bar and liquid cleansers, shampoo, hand cream, body lotion, facial moisturizers, sun protection, and cosmetics, as well as other hair and skin care products recommended and used by dermatologists. Neutrogena Corporation is recruiting for a Business Unit Manager - Compounding . This individual will plan, direct and coordinate several production departments within the business unit(s) to produce products at minimum cost, with the highest standards for safety, and consistent with quality specifications and production schedules. This individual will manage day-to-day Manufacturing and Process Engineering, while directing Materials Management. The Business Unit Manager - Compounding will collaborate with other functions within Operations to set goals, objectives and development plans for the Engineers, Planners, QA team and Warehouse Line Service Team assigned to the Business Unit. Responsibilities also include salary administration, budgeting and personnel. The Business Unit Manager - Compounding will be accountable for Neutrogena's policies and applicable laws and regulations, selecting, rewarding, disciplining, training and developing employees. This individual will comply with Neutrogena's policies, procedures, quality standards and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) as well as safety and environmental regulations. This individual will also establish operational goals and objectives to achieve Plant and corporate goals, as well as the success of CIP and COGS initiatives. The Business Unit Manager - Compounding will develop capital expense forecasts and budgets to support business needs
