Responsibilities - Driving manufacturing team towards execution of Business Goals using Company and Lean Manufacturing methodology - Ensuring sufficient capacity exists to achieve all customer commitments per the OPSI plan - Driving Product Quality, Company, EHS, Lean and e-Manufacturing so that internal business metrics are met - Improving SPAN and other customer metrics; - Promote a working environment that encourages employee involvement to achieve excellence in productivity, customer service, quality, inventory and EHS. - Mentor a capable and progressive leadership team. - Maintain positive employee relations with over 400 employees (300 non-exempts and 100 exempts). Signature: ~CB~ Qualifications This position is open to internal and external candidates. 1. BS Degree 2. 7 years experience with proven leadership in manufacturing or supply chain role 3. Unrestricted work authorization in the US, without sponsorship 4. Willingness to submit to and pass a drug test and educational, employment and criminal background checks Desired 1. Proven mentoring and coaching abilities, demonstrated ability to motivate & inspire others 2. Demonstrated leadership, energizing teams and project management 3. Ability to successfully motivate and maintain high moral, employee involvement, safety and teamwork in an union environment 4.
