Key Responsibilities: Develop quick hit projects PDF preparation Identify Solution Gather baseline measurement Generate reports / Analyze data Monitor results Responsible for timely update of dashboard prior to review by Controller Basic knowledge of the different hotel systems or ability to quickly learn the different systems as source of data and information Ensure that dashboards are updated monthly Ensure that Etool financials are updated monthly Accountable for day-to-day execution of BP transferred projects & property specific projects Support GBs / Process Owners / Project Sponsors BP tracking Report Card update Assist GBs remove obstacles Assist in resolving issues pertaining to project transfer - use of office hours Schedule Best Practice Rollout group calls - send reminders / invitation to all required attendees Ensure that BP developed tools are utilized to the maximum WLR Staff Forecasting Tool Front Desk & F&B Scheduler - download schedule to Time Saver Menu Performance Report Others Assist & support in accomplish and achieve aggressive Company Goals Financial goal BP compliance goal - ensuring the quality & integrity of projects Search / look for opportunities to improve service & processes Assist in increase awareness / culture Attend New Hire Orientation Walk around specially in areas where there are projects being implemented Act as alternate Resource for Company in the organization Qualifications / Capabilities o Results-oriented o Fast learning personality interested in driving change o Effective communicator, facilitator and time manager o Team builder and influence manager with the capacity to establish rapport across property Department Heads, managers, peers and subordinates o Capable of setting priorities, managing multiple tasks and meeting timelines o Comfortable in utilizing internet and standard desktop computer software o Excellent Microsoft Application Knowledge - Excel, Power Point, Word, Access o Familiarity with hotel systems - Galaxy, Time Saver, SAP, HSI, Delphi o Customer-focused with a demonstrated understanding of the need to actively seek out VOC and apply data in decision-making o Good analytical skills and understanding of financial statements Apply on employer's website (this will open a new window)
