Account Representatives- Full Time
We specialize in making YOU successful!
As a new NCO team member at our Southpointe location, you will complete our EZ to learn paid training learning the necessary skills to receive calls from utilities customers concerning basic billing inquires for a utility company, negotiate payment options, advising of payment options, and discussing credit-related issues.
$9.50/hr. plus monthly bonus incentive. Minimum Qualifications: HS education or higher, basic PC skills, and strong listening/ communication skills. ANY customer service background including retail, food service and others are acceptable. We will train!

Schedule: 7:30am- 4:00pm and 10:30am- 7:00pm Mon- Fri & every third Saturday. NO SUNDAYS!
