Description: Customer Operations Group seeks passionate and professional Operations Account Manager. The ideal candidate has a proven record proven history of working in SAP, self-direction, creativity, extremely well organized and capable of handling multiple mission-critical projects simultaneously and ability to meet deadlines.This person must be able to matrix manage a team of people, focused on customer support, interface & order management responsibilities. Operations Account Manager duties include driving SAP transactions, analysis of customer data as well as results in generating business insights. The manager will interact with various teams to work out build plans across sites, and provide daily direction to meet customer/business strategy.BA or BS in operations, marketing, business and 5+ years related work experience. MBA a plus.Strong project management, analytical and planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer relationship and order management in an SAP based environment.Proven history of self-direction, creativity, extremely well organized and capable of handling multiple mission-critical projects simultaneously and ability to meet deadlines.Proven history and ability to manage a team of people, focused on customer support, interface & order management responsibilities. Excellent understanding of; Customer Master, Pricing, Order Management, Scheduling Agreements, Availability Check and Requirements, Shipping, Billing, Credit Management, Export Licensing, Foreign Trade processing, Variant Configuration, and Delivery Notes Demonstrated abilities in project management, coordination, and prioritization of multiple business-critical tasks
