As a Corporate Tax Manager you will: - Manage a team of tax professionals: set goals and standards, train and mentor, evaluate performance, and oversee daily operations. - Prepare the corporate consolidated federal income tax return and related multi-state income and franchise tax returns, and review returns prepared by tax department staff. - Research moderately complex corporate tax issues for federal and state income and franchise taxes, sales and use taxes, payroll and property taxes. - Prepare the corporate tax provision including periodic projections. - Evaluate the tax implications of new products and services and special projects (tax credit applications, cost segregations studies, domestic/international entity setup) and provide written recommendations to key decision makers.
