The Financial Reporting leader role is a key leadership position supporting worldwide commodity trading businesses. This role is responsible for all reporting and analysis for on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. Candidates for the Financial Reporting SG&A leader role should have the ability to provide an overall capability, incorporating effective strategies and priorities along with having the ability to execute against those strategies and priorities. The leader will lead an organization of three people. The leader must possess good hands on leadership capability and an enthusiasm to develop people. The leader must also have strong integrity. Candidates should also be self-motivated, possess strong critical thinking skills, and have a demonstrable ability to solve problems. Other responsibilities of the Financial Reporting SG&A leader include: · Standards are developed and updated annually. Compliance of standards is assured thru audits. · Ensure SG&A information is provided timely and in meaningful ways to the business leaders – highlighting variances from the expectations, reporting trends and identifying opportunities for improvement
