Job Description/Essential Functions: Responsible for technical, cost, and schedule requirements of pre-proposal efforts, proposal development, design and development, internal/customer design reviews and technical documentation. Responsible for managing technical personnel assigned to the program and ensure that qualified and appropriate personnel (and supporting design and analysis tools, etc) are assigned to meet the needs of the program. Required Qualifications: Required Qualifications: A Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) in Chemistry, Engineering, Math, Physics or equivalent experience is required. Candidate should have at least 10 years of experience with ground systems integrations and development experience. Candidate should be able to work with no supervision while mentoring and supervising a team of 10 ground system software and hardware engineers. Candidate will be responsible for program schedule and earn value management for the ground system and mission operations on all Orbital delivered ground systems
