Candidate should have a minimum of two years sales experience with solid relationship-building skills and a proven track record Candidate should have an interest in the value-driven womens market and an innovative, non-traditional business model. Individual must exude a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and thrive on being part of a high volume, fast paced team-oriented environment. Previous experience with retail customer marketing clients, promotional agencies and consumer packaged goods companies a plus. Beyond the above, we are looking for the following minimum requirements: . Account organization and time-management skills essential; approximately 30% travel . Must be able to manage the sales processes from prospect identification through close of sales and account renewal . Must be able to generate creative, on-target ideas that drive incremental revenue to the bottom line. Must have creative, compelling, and persuasive presentation skills, plus strong closing skills . Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels internally .
