Job Description:
Responsibility: . Work closely with Digital Sales and Sales Dev teams to report on existing programs including campaign deliveries and recommendations. Interface closely with TII operations on campaign delivery, tracking and reporting . Manage all aspects of billing and reconciliation - be the client contact for any issues . Proactively recommend new opportunities to existing clients that will ensure clients success and result in additional revenue for Realsimple.com . Develop strong relationships at both the client and agency levels as appropriate . Ability to quickly be able to respond to client needs/questions on all campaigns . Proactively look for, create, and upsell unique ideas and programs to existing clients when possible . Able to report and anticipate any performance issues/needs . Ability to work strategically and collaboratively with all internal departments (editorial, online, consumer marketing, marketing/PR, production, business office) Client Contact duties include: . Kick off and status meetings with clients to review the overall campaign, assets, creative needs, timing and metrics for success . Communicate all client requests internally . Client campaign follow up includes taking screenshots of campaigns (including roadblocks/newsletters/etc) and send directly to client . Work with Sales Dev to generate campaign performance reports Qualifications/Key Requirements AD will ideally possess: . years of online advertising agency experience/planning or other account type work
