Position Description: The Marketing Account Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of strategic marketing plans that meet or exceed the objectives of PMA business/program plans and strengthen the PMA brand. In doing so, the Marketing Account Manager acts as a consultant to in-house program managers, helping them define their needs, respond proactively to industry and market changes, while coordinating with Marketing Communications staff and suppliers to prepare and deliver the details of each campaign. Responsibilities: Market Planning, Integration, Budgeting, Execution, Modification & Analysis Works independently to proactively maintain day-to-day contact with internal program managers, working to determine needs; develop marketing plans and budgets that appropriately meet the needs of the campaign Ensures that right mix of marketing vehicles is employed; that new vehicles and innovative ideas are incorporated into the plans; and that the appropriate cross-promotions are included
