THIS POSITION IS FOR NYC The Shared Services Business Account Manager is accountable for the relationship and service coordination between GISS-A shared services and its customer business units. The role includes management of the various activities necessary to assist business units throughout all phases of infrastructure planning and deployment and/or assisting in supporting the application services phases of project delivery. This includes the execution and continuous improvement of GISS-A processes, policies and practices related to Shared Services subscribers. The role will require expertise in thought leadership to secure business units satisfaction while driving standardization of best practices for operating processes and procedures across GISS-A Shared Services. The Shared Services Business Account Manager will serve as a liaison between GISS-A and its customers as well as provide leadership on Shared Services delivery and support strategies, including development and tracking of appropriate metrics, along with developing and monitoring action plans for addressing weaknesses and capitalizing on opportunities implied by such metrics
