Additionally, the department is staffed by Audit Managers, Senior Auditors, Staff Auditors, and Associate Auditors. Company has centers of excellence located in both the United States (Berkeley Heights, NJ) and the Netherlands (Oss). The mission of Company is to provide Schering-Plough Corporation with value added audit services for its operations in over 100 countries world-wide. The objective of the group’s human resource recruiting program is to attract and hire high caliber individuals. These individuals will then be groomed to develop leadership and critical thinking skills to enable either promotion into financial operations positions or leadership roles within Company, depending upon skills, goals and available opportunities
